Loss of columns in the Device Managers view

I have used HS3 for years and Address and Type have always been displayed ..

As of a couple of months ago they have disappeared .. and I cannot find a way to get them back. It has been suggested that I use a custom view. Why would I use a custom view as it has historically been present (and I also do not know how to create a custom view) ..

If anyone could help, it would be truly appreciated ..

I've responded to your email about this but I'll post the details again here.

The Address and Type columns on the device management page can be toggled on/off in HS3 settings:

Go to Tools menu, Setup and click the custom tab.

Tick the “Show Device Address/Code Column on Device Management Page” and “Show Device Type Column on Device Management Page” as shown below.



That's all there is to it.
