    They are different:

4 CH: LAN DS18B20 WEB Temperature Monitor https://www.kmtronic.com/index.php?r...product_id=106
8 CH: LAN DS18B20 MODBUS Temperature Monitor https://www.kmtronic.com/index.php?r...product_id=108
    32CH: LAN DS18B20 Temperature Adapter PRO32 https://www.kmtronic.com/index.php?r...ch=LAN+DS18B20

So to be clear you have the first one, 4CH? As I said:

If you have only 4 - can you delete all child devices (keep the root) - and restart the plugin.

Then the children will be recreated properly.

BTW, I noticed in the KMT plugin there's children status overview page, I also added children to MyDevices page, see https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs...64#post1612664

    Which temps exactly?

The device is 4 channels, but you have 8 temperatures. What is it supposed to be?

If you have only 4 - can you delete all child devices (keep the root) - and restart the plugin.

If you have 8 - you need to recreate the device completely and select 8CH device.

BTW you don't heed help2.txt (it's for HST support and contains private info) - help1.txt is sufficient. I removed help2 from your post.

    Thank you.

Do you have authentication setup on the device? I tested using their online demo with the username/password, but not sure how it behaves if you don't use the auth.

    Hi,

Did you create a new device for the 8 channels DS1820?

And to troubleshoot the problem - I need more info. I.e.

    - screenshots of device config screens
    - log? Please enable Log for each device, restart the plugin, filter HS log by plugin (FROM FILTER) and EXPORT to file.
    - also output from Tools => Help may be useful
