voice commands not working on triggered events

voice commands are not working for me on triggered events.
I have enabled voice command on the event
i have enabled voice commands in advanced settings of the triggered event
I have tried with manually triggered events
I have tried with detect a phrase event
I have secified a voice command on the event
i have specified a detected phrase for the event
I said to my google home hey google, run (event name)
I said to google hey google, (event name)
I said to google hey google, (detected phrase name)
I said to google hey google, (voice command)

The only thing that works is manually clicking the test run button on the event.

This has nothing to do with the Chromecast plugin, please post on the Google Assistant subforum or open a support ticket.
