[QUOTE=Mikeep;n1612717]Plugin works great with my old RLC 410’s
    /QUOTE]

I bought a few of these cameras on Fleebay for $33.99 each (free shipping) certified refurbished with a two year warranty. They look just like new and work great with HS4! You can get the 5MP version for $48.74.

You are running HS4 version 4.2.18.9 or later correct? Are there any errors in the log? Normally an error is logged if it cannot reach the camera.

      Any suggestions?

The Doorbell and Cameras can easily be set up to record and store all video to a NASS for less than $100. I used a RPI 3 I had laying around with a 2TB USB drive. Basically just install Open Media Vault (free) on the RPI, set up FTP on OMV, add your USB drive to the storage and then create a share folder for your bell, cameras and have them FTP to that folder. If you allow your NASS, bells, cameras to create folders videos and jpeg files will be saved to the file structure of:

          Your share folder name
          2023 (year)
          5 (month)
11 (day) and the files will be saved there. As the day changes the day number will automatically change as well.
The files will be saved with the bell, camera name and a time stamp.

Tips: 1. Format your USB drive NTFS this way if your RPI fails for some reason you can just plug in the USB drive into a computer and see all the videos, etc.
          2. Set up the SMB/CIFS service on OMV and you can see the files on your PC and view them there via your network.

There are plenty of videos and instructions on setting up OMV on the RPI. If you don't have the RPI or USB drive you can buy the setup I have for less than $100 on Fleebay.

but no errors from HS4 in my Log.

Interestingly enough, the Reolink doorbell has now disappeared from my Auto discovered cams. I have tried turning off the auto-discovery, saving, turning on again and saving again. Still no luck. It picks up the Foscams I have well though.

Try restarting HS and see if they appear.

Thankyou for your patience with me.

One point though.... picture one above still says (manual) for some reason. But not bothered as it is now working.

                Again

                Thanks

I think the "manual" thing is from a previous version of HS. Give it some time and see if changes to "Reolink". If not, you can manually edit the HSPI_HSTouch.ini file and remove that camera, then add it back after HS is restarted.

New Reolink doorbell camera firmware v3002023_23041302 has settings to sort out the wafty GOP/I-frame in Blue Iris. Now all =1. Testing...

I must be missing something simple...

I purchased one of the Reolink WIFI doorbells...
I am powering it the original circuit
I can HTTP to it on port 80 from my laptop
The app on my iphone see it
                        I am running HS4 Current Version: 4.2.18.15
I get notifications on my iPhone from it
I have updated the doorbell to the latest firmware...think that was May 7

If I just use HS4 automatic discovery it finds it...but can't pull video from it
When I load the ONVIF plugin it says it adds it...but never add any features and I see nothing in the log

It doesn't matter if I delete all my HS4 cameras by turning off auto discovery and then just try with the ONVIF plugin...or visa versa.

                        I've tired ports 8000, 9000, 80, and 8080

                        It just doesn't work.

                        Any ideas?

                        THANKS!!!

Did you try manually adding the camera by it's IP address on Port 8000?

Yes...that may be the problem actually...auto discovery now says (Manual) beside this discovered camera. I think I need to edit those files mention in the HSTOUCH folder to delete things...as no delete/trash can show on those. It will be a couple days before I can get around to that. Thanks for the help.

I noted that the Reolink doorbell camera doesn't do WDR. If somebody walks towards it on a bright day, good picture. Just as they get close to it to press the doorbell, they walk into the covered alcove by my front door and the camera can no longer see the face as the image becomes too dark. Bit of a problem that as it prevents face recognition working with Blue Iris (and CPAI)

                              Almost...
