It's in Beta. Make sure you have "Show Beta plugins" enabled in upper-right of the "Add" screen. It's also HS4 in case you are running HS3.Leave a comment:

Can't find Ring Plugin
See reference here to a Ring Plugin, can't find under add plugins... I am missing something. Would be interested in having this plugin...
