Cannot authenticate latest beta 1.0.0.28 BETA

Hi. I installed the plugin and tried to include my credentials, but the only popup I get is invalid credentials. I know they are correct. I do have 2FA with an authenticator app as the 2nd authentication, but it doesn't prompt me to enter anything, just the invalid message.

Any ideas?

What OS are you running this on? Another user had an issue because he was on Win7 and didn’t have .net up to latest (4.7x). Can you set debug level to errors and events , do your authentication, post the log. First check there are no proprietary things in log, I believe I prevent them from showing up in the log but double check before posting it PM me

After you enter the password, you need to click on that fully authenticate button. The log doesn't seem to show any activity or you didn't increase the debug level to "errors and events".
What browser are you using? Make sure you don't miss that pop up window where you should enter your code.

I'm using Chrome and not getting any pop up window to enter my code.

Send you a response. Ring says invalid credentials so enter them again to make sure. I know using an Authenticator app works because someone on this forum wrote it

Okay. Confirmed. I re-entered the credentials and this time I got the authenticator popup and it worked. Sorry, I thought I had tried re-entering the credentials before.
