Voice to Doorbell

Is there a way to send text to voice TO the doorbell? For example, when I tell Alexa to lock the door as I am leaving, I would like the Ring DB to announce "Door is locked."

Would be nice, wouldn't it. I investigated a while ago, to use the chimes perhaps to announce, but I didn't get very far. You can create a "customized ringtone" which could be your "door is locked" message, but you cannot switch between tones easily. If you change the ringtone, you need to download the new one, which takes time and makes it not suitable for this purpose. I suspect a doorbell can do the same, but don't recall seeing anything that would suggest how to do it. Maybe we can just play the ringtone as a confirmation ?
