    Plugin update issues

Wanted to reach out and describe an issue I have every time I try to update the plugin to the latest version. When I tell the system to install the update, it fails with an error message about C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS4\HSPI_Ring.exe. I meant to grab a screenshot but I did not. The installation does not proceed until I manually go and rename the exe to HSPI_RingOld.exe. By this time, the plugin screen refreshes and the Plugin no longer appears with the rest of the plugins. I have to go and add the plugin back. The settings are still intact.

I run on Linux, not Windows, but I wonder if the .exe is still "in use" by Windows and can't be overwritten? Next time what if you try disabling the PI first (so it's no longer running) and then update it? Although you shouldn't have to do that ...

... or restart HS4. There is a known issue, that has been around for a long time, where the .exe is held locked by (I suspect) some of the HTML assists, like scriban. It typically happens after you have used the PI's webpages. Next time, try to restart HS4.
I run into this issue ALL the time, when I compile a new version of code that received an error that it cannot overwrite the .exe because it is locked and the only way to resolve that is the restart HS4.
