Error Message "/production/inverters": Unable to connect to the remote server

I have had the Plug in for about a year now. Just after I had my solor system installed. Had been working fine till about a month ago. I started receiving an error message in the log and I cannot figure out why. I have the latest plug in version 4.0.4.26, Any Help would be appreciated.

    Error message:
    [
    Code:
3] '202148073798.EnvoyS': Execute: Execute(sync) {Inverters} [[URL="http://192.168.0.184/api/v1/production/inverters%5D:"]http://192.168.0.184/api/v1/production/inverters]:[/URL] Unable to connect to the remote server [socket error = 10013] [IEX(1): An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 192.168.0.184:80] [wex.Status = ConnectFailure]

Please enable Log in the plugin settings, clear HS log, restart the plugin, filter HS Log by plugin (FILTER FROM) and EXPORT the log to file.

Also, can you execute the above URL from the browser?

There's similar discussion (but different error) here https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs...04#post1588204.

      Thank you for your reply,

      Here is the Log File.

Also if I try to execute the URL above it says bad request.

I read the thread in that discussion but was not sure if it applied to me because of the different error. Should I install the Beta version?

From your log it looks like every URL request fails?

What's your OS? Please post output from Tools => Help

Can you please try in browser:

        http://192.168.0.184/home.json
        http://192.168.0.184/inventory.json
        http://192.168.0.184/production.json

Since all URLs work from the browser - error 10013 usually indicates antivirus or firewall block.

Please try adding "C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS4\HSPI_AKEnphaseEnvoy.exe" to your Norton whitelist. You may also add the plugin to Windows firewall whitelist, but I don't this it's a problem.

              That fixed it.

I don't understand why the firewall stopped it after working for almost a year. I checked it when it first started happening but did not see it in there as blocked so didn't think I needed to add it.

Thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it was the Firewall, not Norton360?

Sorry yes it was Norton Firewall not Windows Firewall. I had to add and allow it in settings, Norton Firewall, Program Control.
