Have you checked the adapter thread? If you order such an adapter it is as easy as pluging it into your homeseer server. I dont know what SmartMe is.

also, PS I have not tested this with kamstrup, so there might be some issues with it. Please let me know if something is not working as it should and I will resolve it.
