    May be try installing .NET 4.7.2 - that's the version I target, it shouldn't hurt

            yes, just did that first...you nailed it with post #17!! Soon as I enabled the PI up came the pop-up to authorise!

            Now what did I just do, start a service that wasn't running? I dont need to run that again I assume.

              First command changes the service start-up type to "demand" - for some reason on some Windows versions it's disabled by default. The second command starts the service. Microsoft...

              Since the service will be started on demand - you shouldn't need to run it manually.

              Possibly "on demand" may cause delay in the plugin after reboot. May be better option will be "auto" or "delayed-auto", not sure.
