Thanks, updating now
btw the difference between traccar and the plugin is gone, it now works perfectly now.
After a position change in the traccar server the device is updating almost immediately

These values has something todo with the mcc-mnc codes from the provider you are using in the tracker
For example my says 204 - 04 thats Vodafone Libertel Netherlands
