Geofences in Unknown state

The geofences don't seem to be operating correctly for me.

When a device is within any geofence it shows the correct state for all geofences but when a device is not in any geofence then all geofences on the device go into an Unknown state.

While at work...



While on the way home..



While at home...

Is this correct operation?

I can't see what's causing it, and I don't have the Traccar service to test, I need to use the demo server and setup a test device...
