    I made the entries. I then enabled the plug in. I watched it connect/disconnect a few times. Then I disabled it.
    the log is to big to send in messenger. If you want you can send me your email and we can try that.

    I am limited to cell phone use right now. So, editing the config again won't happen until later.

    As far as remote access, this is a customer's network. I would have to jump threw a few hoops to allow external access. So, I would like to avoid that if possible.

    Hi Max!

    Thanks for trying the plugin, sorry for the bad experience. Let's see if we can fix this!

    Make sure the plugin is not running. Open Unifi.ini (in your HomeSeer/config directory) with your favorite editor and look for "UnifiSystem" in the [Settings] section. Take that number and look for a section with that same name. It is probably the only section that fully consists of numbers. In that section, add (or edit) the following:
    LogToFile=True
    LogReceived=True
    LogSend=True
    LogDevUpd=True
    LogDebug=True

    Then start the plugin until it crashes again and send me the log (in HomeSeer/Logs) by PM as it might include some personal information.

    If you have the time, a second step might be to remove features one-by-one in the Unifi.ini file to see if we can find the offending one. Just make sure to backup the ini file first so you can revert when this is fixed. The layout is quite obvious, there is a section per device type, and the entries in the section are the same as the HS4 feature addresses (MAC address of the Unifi device and a unique code per feature). Just remove the line to disable that feature. The HS4 feature device won't be removed.

    Lastly, we might speed up this process if you allow me to reproduce this on your system, but that involves opening port 443 and giving me some Unifi credentials. Let me know by PM if you are willing to do that.

    Thanks again!

    CRITICAL: Plugin has disconnected.

    The plugin apears to be crashing/restarting.
    I was able to setup devices. I even had motion detection and images showing. Then, at some point while I was trying to setup an IP cam stream in Homeseer's camera settings, it stopped working. I'm not saying that is related. It's just the only thing different that I was doing. I am running this on a full Unbuntu linux PC. I disabled and enabled the plugin a couple of times to see if I could get to the settings page. It went to Loaded Remotely for it's status. I then could not disable it. I stopped homeseer, started it again, and the plugin is disabled. Below is a paste of the HS log and my system information.

    Any troubleshooting advice or info that I can give?

    Thank you for your time,

    Max
