Seeing devices but never completing setup?!?!

Not sure what is wrong here it seems to be seeing the devices but never completing the setup? These are both UDM PROs any advice?

Looks like it fails to connect to the Unifi OS. Are you sure all settings are correct? IP, Username, Password? Windows or Linux? FIrmware version of the UDMs?

Please enable all logging, including logging to file and let the plugin run for a minute. Then please PM me the log(s). Thanks!

Log sent. IP username and password defiantly correct. HS4 = HS4 Pro Edition 4.1.15.0 (Windows) Unifi firmware = 1.92. Could it be the two factor authentication?

Hi, thanks for the log. Yes, the login is clearly failing. And if you have 2FA enabled, than that is most likely why.

Quote from the "Installation and Configuration" sticky: "Enter a valid Unifi username. A cloud account might work if 2FA is disabled, but it is strongly recommended to use a local account."

Easiest way is to add a set of local credentials to your existing admin account and use those.
