Plug-In will not start. CRITICAL: Plugin has disconnected.

Not sure when the failure started but I noticed yesterday some events didn't fire. On my investigation I noticed the PI in a failed state.

    1) Tried restarting the PI in the HS4 PI interface
    2) Tried Restarting HS4
    3) Tried Rebooting Server
    4) Went into the unifi.ini and set debug True

This seems like the nightmare I experienced WAY back when I needed to remove a device or something like that.

    Sent logs to you.

Hi! Your logfile is weird. The plugin isn't getting any useful info from the UDM. Are you sure the UDM is working fine? Can you access it without issues?

Login seems succesful but all requests for sites and devices return empty...

Rebooted both router and server, same results. Compressing logs now will PM

Ok, so check this crap out.

For giggles I deleted the RJ user on the UDMB, and recreated it (exactly) and now the PI starts without issue. Aye Curumba, I'm really starting to dislike Unifi Devices.

Good you've found the issue. I have not seen this before...

I guess the silver lining in all this, I learned that your login user needs to be a full admin to use the POE Cycle functions.
