it logs every request and response, so there should be log entries every 2 minutes. Are you sure "Log to File" is activated? Unlike in HS3, in HS4 you have to hit the save button after you change a setting

Yes, I was aware of that, and was sure I did Save, but evidently not. The log is generating now.

I have set it to 2 minutes too, and I don't get this error. It does 1 request every 2 minutes so that's 30 * 24 = 720, far below the 1700 limit

do you have some events that could trigger some requests?
some other app that could hit the same account?

From the plugin settings page, could you enable log to file, and set the file log level to Trace, and then send me the file after 1 day of recordings?

I've generated a log, but there hasn't been a single error in the last couple of days. So I'm not sure sending the log would be helpful at this point. Besides, the log is now over 20mb. I'm not sure why the issue disappeared, as nothing was changed AFAIK. Thanks for your help.
