So I am trying to install on a customers Hometroller PI and it fails to install the Beta and Production versions. It says "Installation of package Big5 Communications failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update." Can someone please advise? I have rebooted it and there are only the 2 Z-Wave plugins installed... I can install other plugins without issue... Please help!!!
