I would like to purchase this plugin but when I install it, I get, Installation of package Big 6 Communications failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update. I do not have big5 or big 6 already installed.

Strange. Haven't had others experiencing same problem. Restarting HS4 is what comes to mind. Cleaning up any files and/or directories that have the name Big5 or Big6 inside (maybe from previous trying and forgotten attempts). -
I tried to reboot but I did not help but I think now that you said it, I may have installed big5 long time ago, as soon as I get near a pc, I will try to remove it if is there, thanks for the suggestion

I checked every directory in HS4, I do not see anything as Big 5 or Big6. The only directory that has big6 is the update4. Any other suggestions?Comment

I think I have found the issue , in the log it tells me that I need to upgrade hs4 to 4.1.16.0. Cross fingers for me with hs4 update 😁
