I had previously installed a trial approximately one year ago. The plug in is not installed, does not show it is installed and there is no uninstall option. I did find several big6 files and folders and deleted those. Restarted. Still has error "Installation of package Big 6 Communications failed. Try disabling the plugin first, then re-try the update." I am running HS4 4.1.14.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.03.
