On HS4 in the plugin when clicking more I don”t get the Hubitat screen. I can get to the screen to put in your URL but no place to refresh. I this something new to just save to update again or the other screen like in HS3 I can.t get to?

there is a root hubitat device with features for sync etc. that were on the setup page in hs3. it means you can exercise them from events if desired

So your saying just save in the URL page and that will update devices?

The HS3 and HS4 versions of the plugin operate the same way with the difference being that the button in HS3 is on the Settings page while on HS4 it is on the Devices page as one of the feature of the Hubitat hub device. If you change something in Hubitat hub such as adding a new device and making it visible via Maker API then the plugin will see it on the plugin startup or when you use the Sync button.

Got it! Sorry for the confusion but it is working well now. Was conflicting with the Chromecast plugin so I shut that down started the Hubitat plugin and restarted Chromecast all good.

I'm trying to get HST to work the issue of the updater control file not having the correct product name. This has been discussed in this thread. At this time there is manual action needed to correct that control file.

OK weirdness, for whatever reason when I restart a plugin, like before Chromecast, Tuya, Bond, etc the plugin shuts down and restarts. It works after a bit but if you look at the log file that is now what’s happening. During that period ( a minute or so) it doesn’t work but it’s not playing nicely. All the other plugins effected seem to be HS4 plugins. Just a note about it.

Did you manually fix the updater control file in the HS folder? This is issue tracked in Github https://github.com/HomeSeer/Plugin-SDK/issues/77
The HS folder should have a .json file for mcsHubitat and the start of that file has "Hubitat Elevation" rather than "mcsHubitat". It can be manually edited to fix the issue. You may even be able to fix it by deleting the file.

The problem is that this json file contains "PackageName":"Hubitat Elevation" rather than "PackageName":"mcsHubitat". If you manually edit it it should take care of the issue. It is a file generated by HS4/Updater so I cannot fix it. Just need to wait in the queue of HS4 issues that HST is working so others will not have this same experience.
