Most probably the plugin does not know yet how to handle this device yet fully. Are you on the latest version of the plugin? Could you try to check on the device propeties? You should see the JowiHue tab there. If you open it, you will see the json information of the device. Could you post this for me?

    Thanks,

    Wim

I have 6 of them, and on all of them the json information of the device is empty. In Phoscon they are working, and if turn them off or on inn the Phoscon app, it updates Homeseer, but not if change them inn Homeseer. I am on 4.0.2.2 .

I used a backup with 4.0.2.1 and it all worked again. But the stranger thing was that the json information of the devices is empty also with 4.0.2.1 ver.

PS: Going back to 4.0.2.1 also solved the brightness issue, https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs...82#post1408182

Could you send me a detailed trace maybe, so I can check if the needed info is the in the log? Follow these steps for creating the log:
        1. Enable detailed tracing and log to file in the settings of the plugin
        2. Restart the plugin, so we also have the start of the plugin in the trace
        3. Let the plugin run until the "UpdateLights" error occurs in the log
        4. Then open the bridge maintenance page to generate the second error
        5. Disable the detailed trace and log to file options
        6. You will find the generated log in the \Logs directory of the HS installation directory. It is named JowiHue.log
        7. Send this file to me? jowihue at ziggo dot nl
        Thanks,
