Error on installation

I am trying to install and get the following error:

What system are you running on? Is it Windows or Linux?

First thought is you are running on Linux and did not do a install mono-complete. Probably this is needed for the plugin to run, others had the same.
If you are running Windows, you might ave an issue with the .NET installation in Windows. You could try a reinstall of the .net (4.6.7) tools.

I am on windows. I am running Framework 4.7.

I had your program running without problem on HS3 on the same machine. How can I delete this installation and make sure all programs are deleted.

Remove the HSPI_Jowihu.* files in the HS installation directory. Also remove the \Bin\JowiHue directory. If you wan to save the data, keep the \Data\JowiHue directory. The HS3 plugin will run fine with that database. It also should not be in the way of any .NET module stuff.
