    Motion Sensors

Just wondering what motion sensors people are using with this plugin.

    Thanks!

Using Philips Hue sensors with Conbee II here. Very happy with the setup and speed of response.

Expensive sensors, but great battery life and a nice magnetic mount system.

I found several types of 3D printed wall mounts on Etsy & eBay that enabled me to fit them tight into the corner of the ceiling, so quite a neat and tidy.

      Hi,

I have a few Xiaomi Aqara motion sensors.

Works nicely and are cheap :-)

Here I am using IKEA motion sensors, Philips Hue motion sensors and Aqara motion sensors. All working fine, but for me the Philips motion sensors are most reliable, followed by the aqara sensors. The Aqara sensors have a delay issue now and then for me, but there seems to be an update for the next version of deCONZ that might just solve this.
The IKEA motion sensor is very reliable too, but battery usage is very high compared to the Philips motion sensor and Aqara sensors (both more then 2 years, IKEA double batteries and only half a year....)

I didn't know about the Ikea sensors. Neat. Looks like they're available in the states too, and only $10. :-)
