It appears i can change the color of a bulb via Google Home voice command. However, I can not turn it on or off. and google tells me that it is off. Am i missing something here?

Not using voice control here so do not really know if this functions any different from HS3. Can you chect the status graphics properties of the on/off device you try to control?
Is the control Use attribute set to on or off for the correct values (on and off)?

Same problem here in HS4, what device should i enable voice for? If i enable on the on/off/dim i can do that, but not change color, if i enable for RGB i can change color but not on/off/dim.

You can select both the on/off device and the RGB? In the image you post you have selected only one feature, should you not select both for that. Do not select the device, but only those two features. Could that also be your issue potatoheadny ?

Tried that. Then I can just control RGB, on/off/dim don't work. Maybe they need to be in the same device for it to work.

I have researched on the sparse documentation in HS4, but do not know how to this apparently. In HS3 this all was working without much done in the plugin, you could set the color and dim functions at the same time. There is nothing on this I can do from plugin perspective. I think you need to check with HST support for this?
