Things go on automatically after a PC update and HS4 restart

I have a Xiaomi double switch that controls some z-wave floodlights via events. the PC and HS4 just restarted due to another update from Microsoft and the lights came on because the event fired. The trigger in the event is for both paddles to be pressed at once which turns on three sets of floodlights. This happened all by itself. Why?

Other times upon restart the Aqara button I use for a door bell button sends the pressed signal and the doorbell rings. Also by itself.

I have to blame deConz/raspbee/jowihue I think, not HS4. Has anyone else dealt with this or solved something like this?

This is a stubborn issue that I have not been able to catch yet. The problem is that buttons/switches and remotes do not necessarily change value with a press, it is only an update of time that has to trigger a response. When the plugin starts sometimes a switch can have triggered during absence of the plugin. Then it will trigger anyway, even if not needed. Finding a way to not trigger this seems to always fail. Will try to check again on this.

Here it is at every restart of the plugin . It does not matter if the bell(switch) was pressed or not .

But this does not happen when I restart my server (deconz and hs4 are on the same pc). Only when I restart the plugin.
