Logging to the HS4 log?

One thing I've noticed is that devices created by the JowiHue PI don't log to the HS4 log when they change value, example is a switch changes value or a temp sensor reports a new value.

I noticed some settings under the "Trace Settings" but they don't seem to do anything with regard to logging to the HS4 log.

What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong here. For some reason HS (both versions) seem only to log those changes when there is an on/off/dim control present otherwise it wil not log. This is in HS4 an issue, the plugin does not log those changes.
