    Upgrade form HS3 Plugin to HS4 Plugin

    Hi

    Have done a transition from HS3 to HS4, the plugin seem to work fine when i did use the HS3 plugin on the HS4 installation, so did upgrade the Hs3 plugin to HS4 plugin 4.0.2.10

    After upgrade from hs3 to hs4 i got a lot of error in my log, so i did remove all the devices that got error in the log, hopeing the plugin would add them back to HS, but i only get this errors :-(
    In the new pugin there is no possibility for "reinstall" all devices like it was in the hs3 plugin.

    I also missing my ikea windows blinds, the blinds was working in hs3 plugin, they are everyting is working fine in deconz version 84 but the blinds are not showing up in the plugin.

    Have tried to remove the plugin and reinstall it, but same result...

    What is the issue ?

    Did a full uninstall of the plugin, by removing the plugin and the database( \data\JowiHue), reinstalled the plugin and now it cant find the deconz bridge :-(

      That looks bad. I wonder what has happend here. I have the Ikea blinds too here, and it works fine, also when I remove the device and let it come back.
      Did you try to use the IP address while adding a new bridge? What deCONZ device do you have a ConBee or Raspbee? Are you running on windows or linux?

        The issue over is for ikea remotes...
        it's running on Conbee, Windows server 2019, same pc as HS is running on.

        What is the recommended action for removing all plugin data form HS, so i can try to install from scratch ?

          Did delete alle data i did found in this folders and did a reinstall of the app..
          HS folder\Logs
          HS folder\html\image
          HS folder\Data
          HS folder\Updates4
          HS folder\

          Did not remove my devices, so have to take that later.

          After installing the app, it still had my licens reg, but it was not accepted by the conbee/deconz so needed to use the authenticator app feature.in the wizard for adding a new bridge.

          Then under the bridge registration, it did stopp i step 2.. in the log i got this error ...

            This log part is comming from the JowiHue.log file right? I will need to see more of it as the log should include the result as well. Can you send this log file to jowihue at ziggo dot nl? Maybe I will get a pointer on this. What is the deCONZ version you are running at this point?
