Error loading HS4 version of JowiHue plugin

****** SOLVED SEE REPLY BELOW ******

I am setting up HS4 Pro on a Windows Server 2016 machine I have running. When attempting to start the plugin, I would get a message that it was installed, but it was not showing up in the list of installed plugins. I restarted HS4, and received the following error message:

Not sure if I'm missing some .NET files. I would have thought the HS4 installation would have gotten them. Let me know if this is an HS4 issue and not an issue with the plugin. I haven't had an issue with other plugins...

Following up, I decided to go back and reinstall the .NET runtime (version 4.8 was recommended). After installing and restarting HS4, the plugin started up fine.

I had done a fresh install of 4.1.10.0, so its possible the installer missed something... either way, its working now... Leaving this here for reference in case anyone else has an issue...
