Ikea remote not all states avaiable in events

Hi,

I have an Ikea remote (the hockey puck with on/off in the middle, dim up/down and next/previous)

The remote works fine when showing status in the device list - changing whenever i push a button.

In device settings i have:

On/Off

2001
Dim up - Holding

2002
Dim up

2003
Dim up release

3001
Dim down - Holding

3002
Dim down

3003
Dim down release

4001
Previous - Holding

4002
Previous

Previous release

Next - Holding

which seems ok.

But when in events I can only see on/off events ?

How do I make events based on the other states - Next/Previous??

Are you sure this is the complete window? In HS4 those lists can go outside the window I noticed. For me a complete list is shown:

I only see the on/off states :-(

And as You can see the states appear nicely in device settings - and it also changes state in the device list when pushing the buttons.

So the "only" problem is I cant see the states in the event.

I wonder if this is some issue in HS4 itself. As all values seem to be defined correctly as the Status/Graphics page shows. the list with Statuses in events for devices is build by HS4, not the plugin. Are you on latest version of HS4 here? Was the device for the remote created in HS4 or converted from HS3?

Think I am on the latest versio 4.1.10.0 - and it is not imported.

But makes sense that is an HS issue - i will try their support
