I will check on the apostrophes here. I think I never tested those. It might have in issue in the REST API for deCONZ. Have to check on this

HS4 does not like apostrophes. I use to have things and rooms named like "Tony's Office" which did not work out well in certain areas (can't remember which exactly). Ended up dropping them and saving myself a lot of grief.

Is this a change from HS3? I had used apostrophes in HS3 for years without problems.

No idea because I bypassed HS3 and got an HS4 upgrade license when I finally implemented my production network. I wanted a "clean" install when I did HS4.

pcgirl65 How is it running now? All the devices staying in place? It had been a long time since I set up deconz and phoscon so I was wrong about one thing but I knew Wim would straighten me out. Ha! I renamed things in phoscon and I should have done it on the device page like Wim said. But we always learn something new.

This morning everything is still good. Must have been the apostrophes.

Just a quick update as it has now been two days. All seems good! Everything is still intact and functioning. It most definitely had to be the apostrophes.

Good to know. First tests here with the apostrophes seem to work fine here, coming from Phoscon as well as renaming it in the plugin. But I need to do more testing.. it could be a difference too I think between a US/CA system vs a European setting... Not sure yet
