As the title suggests, I get a LOT of JowiHue logs saying the scan has finished. Not sure if this is normal activity or not. I'm obviously not initiating a scan for devices/sensors this often.

No, it is not normal. It is a bug in the plugin that I am trying to catch here. The plugin is not scanning, but it keeps mentioning this in the log and whatever I try, it will not stop
If you restart the plugin, the logging is gone.... until you start a new scan of course.
