I have an event to turn on a hue bulb to 100% Soft White gradually over a duration of 1200 seconds. The problem is that once it reaches the 100%, it turns the light off. How do I get the light to stay on?

I am guessing there is another event turing the device off? The plugin will not switch the light of by itself, it would only execute the events that are triggered.
I have had similar issues and only found the problem once I did a search (the search block in the top right of the webpages) in HS4 for the name of the device. Also check the time of running for the events?
If you cannot find it, we can try to check a verbose log with switching the light on until it is switched off again? I guess you have created the event with a JowiHue action?
