Change Lights Theme Without Turning Them On

Is it possible to create an event, which say runs at sundown, that switches a group of Hue lights to a certain scene, say Arctic aurora?
And to have this done without the lights being turned on (say they were previously set at Energize, but are now off)
So that the next time someone goes in the room and the lights turn on they come up to Arctic aurora and not first come up at the Energize scene and then switch to Arctic aurora.
If so, how can one accomplish that?

I don't believe you can change the themed settings for the lights without powering them up. A hack to mostly accomplish this could probably be done by creating a virtual device, you could have the virtual device settable to the scene names that you're interested in. Then set events that change the virtual device to the scene you want, when you want it. Once that is setup, you could then create another event (or events) that, whenever you turn on the light switch, immediately changes the hue bulbs to whatever scene is configured in the virtual device. You'd have to think through a couple of details here, but I think this would work.

Sorry, but by design of the Philips Hue bridge as well as the deCONZ gateway, this cannot be done as both do not accept commands without the device to be off. Which I agree, is weird, but I cannot change that behavior from plugin side.
