Duplicate / not adding devices

Hello,

Uninstalled plugin and reinstalled to purge old devices and rooms. Reconnecting to bridge resulted in multiple entries for some devices. In one attempt there were 16 entries for a single bulb with active properties spread across multiple instances (on/off would be in one instance, hue in another instance, etc.). Attempting to delete duplicate properties had mixed results.

Reset bridge, uninstalled / deleted JowiHue directory, reinstalled JowiHue, added lights and rooms, and reconnected JowiHue, same problem with duplicate entries. (HS4 log attached)

Reset bridge again, uninstalled / deleted JowiHue directory, reinstalled JowiHue, reconnected JowiHue to blank bridge, added lights and rooms. Now not getting individual lights. Only the rooms are being picked up.

There is an issue with Linux installs and this plugin on the latest version. the latest test is showing the issue is resolved, but we need to wait until next week before this version will be released. I am pretty sure that this new version will resolve the issue. If you have a backup of HS from before you removed the plugin the first time, it might be best to restore this version and wait until the new release is available?

Thanks for following up. I was only controlling groups on / off / % and color temperature. Color temp isn't working but on / off / % is so I can wait until the next version.

Updated to 4.0.7.3 and duplicate devices are still being added. Excerpt from log for a single device but similar results for all lights.

Can you send me a verbose logging of the startup of the plugin? Follow these steps for that:

1. Enable verbose logging and log to file options in the settings of the plugin
2. Stop and start the plugin and let it run until it creates the first devices in the HS log
3. disable the verbose logging and log to file options
4. Send the file \Logs\JowiHue.log to jowihue at ziggo dot nl?
