Getting Started with Zigbee

Be nice. I'm new to Zigbee. I downloaded the DConz software and I seem to be connected to the Conbee II. But I don't know. I get an error "Error Gateway Phoscon-GM did NOT register. Did you press the authenticate app button in Phoscon?" I don't see an option of registering. This is so new to me. I want to incorporate Zigbee into my home automation. I'd be glad to pay someone to help me with this.
