Rebooting the HS4 server must be triggering a change in value of the device created for my BP109 monitored by the Windows 10 stack as it launches. It seems to happen every time I restart HS4. It's triggering events that watch for a state change becoming 0. Is there a way to suppress this? thx!

Proper initialization in http://mcsSprinklers.com/HSPI_mcsMQTT_5_6_4_2.zip. Previously the initialization assumed all beacons had just reported at the time of initialization. Give the upload 10 or 15 minutes. -
