Version 5.15.0.0 installation issue or just a version misinterpretation ?

    Michael McSharry Hi Michael,

Coming from 5.14.2.3, I tried to install 5.15.0.0 this morning. Messages indicated that 5.15.0.0 was installed, instead if I look in the Plugin/Installed page I see 5.14.3.6.

My understanding was that the version info was grabbed form the updater file so I went in the Updates4 directory on the server and looked at the updater file from the mcsMQTT5.15.0.0 subdirectory and the version is 5.15.0.0 so I have no clue if the version number is wrong or if it installed 5.14.3.6

Mine also reports as 5.14.3.6. I even re-downloaded and reinstalled the file called HSPI_mcsMQTT_5_15_0_0.zip to rule out EBCAK.

I thought I had resolved the version number difference before submitting to the Updater. It may be confusing, but it should be running the 5.15.0.0 functionality. One can look at the TCP page and see if the right-most tab includes IR/RF which is the new capability added to but the version number from 5.14 to 5.15.

Yes . This is only a number issue. Ir/rf is present

I can confirm that on the TCP page I now have the IR/RF capability so I guess 5.15.0.0 is now running

                Michael McSharry ,

when you have the time , would it be possible to post a version with the good version number?

Here I am getting a pushover notification that a plugin can be updated (this is jon00 package) .

I posted 5.15.1.0 today at Broadlink IR and RF Local Control - HomeSeer Message Board Does that satisfy your request?

I also looked at the source for 5.15.0.0 and all the project do have the correct version. The original posting of 5.15.0.0 on the MB did have the 5.14 version in the assembly. I don't understand how this one got into the updater. I did not check 5.15.0.0 on mcsSprinklers.com.
