I installed 5.15.7.0 tonight and now I am missing devices / associations. Please see the attached screenshots. I reverted back to a previous database file with no luck. I checked the db integrity with db browswer for sql lite and the file checks out and I can see entries in the database that show records for devices beyond number 532.

There are multiple days of backup mcsMQTT.db created. The one you are showing has no topics for 530, 531 or 532 and of course the Accept checkbox is unchecked. The HS4 updater has 5.15.11.0 available. Since you are installing more recent version I suggest using 5.15.11.0. There were some issues with initialization after the Broadlink support was added in the prior version.

I am updating to 5.15.11.0 now. I have devices with ID's in the 800's so it is odd that nothing past the 530's was showing even though the paging buttons showed many more pages available.

Never did see an email with an attachment. Also looked on the email server of my ISP and not there either. The email address is correct with "at" replaced by @ and "dot" replaced with period (.)
5.3 came out about the time the HS4 version of the plugin was being introduced and transition to Device/Feature relationship was being introduced to the plugin so it operated the same under HS3 and HS4. This is the most likely area that affects what you are seeing. Since that time the pluign tries to create both a parent Device and child Feature for each associated topic. The mcsMQTT debug file and the HS log file could have information about device associations missing or similar.
To really reproduce the behavior the HS devices and the plugin topics will be needed. The devices are in Data\HomeSeerData.json\devices.json and the topics are in \Data\mcsMQTT\mcsMQTT.db. The filtering for display on MQTT page is contained in \Config\mcsMQTT.ini
