Yolink stopped communicating around 09:00am Central Time 06/12/2022

    I responded to YoLink indicating that the two-year warranty should cover design and manufacturing defects and that the refund should be 100% and not 60%. They clarified that the power supply has the two-year warranty, and the hub has one year. They later responded that they will be refunding 100%. This is an honorable response even though the warranty for the hub had expired. The $10 involved was not significant, but the company trying to make things right was.


      I sent an email to support about the fact that I did not have the option to update to FIRMWARE 0323. Here was the response
      "We found out that your hub's working stats are normal. However, 0323 firmware is the firmware to allow some issued hub to work normally.
      So that means you don't have to worry about updating the firmware to 0323 version."
