I've posted the logs below from the point I enabled detailed logging forward. From the web UI I attempted to use button C on the kpl to first turn on the two devices, and then turn them back off. Only the lamp module responded to the on/off commands - the wall outlet did not turn on or off.

    Code:

if i parse out the readable entries for you, you can see the plugin sends commands to both devices and they sent an ACK, and then the plugin updated the hs ui status. Not sure why the actual device didn't turn off.

everything looks like it worked correctly

i suppose you could factory reset the device that isn't working correctly and rebuild the links. you do not need to delete the device from the plugin

factor reset the device, run program device for homeseer, and then rebuild the links from the kpl C btn.

So strange. I tried the factory rest followed by programming the reset device for homeseer. When I rebuild the links, only the device I create first responds - I can make the button control the lamp module by adding it before the outlet, or I can delete both links and add the outlet first and then it will respond to HS4 UI button C presses. Button C on the kpl itself continues to function properly no matter which order I create the links in. The individual device controls in HS4 work instantly, and the group I made for the room also performs correctly. I'm going to try factory resetting the kpl next, but as you've indicated it already appears to be sending the correct commands. A real head scratcher.

Bump... would you mind taking another quick look at this please? I've finally registered HS4 and the plugin, but this one final issue is preventing me from being 100%. Button C on my 6 button kpl controls 2 devices. The button on the keypad itself works fine, but if I try to control it via HS4 (standard or mobile) it only controls 1 of the 2 devices.

I do have sync linked responders enabled and the A,B & D (controls 2 devices like button c) all work fine

Here's the logs. The 'Info' type controls are from the kpl itself and successful. The 'Device Control' type are from HS4 and only controls 1 of 2 devices.

can you capture the hs log using the following like i did in post # 17 above

To post an HS log if you have issues or get errors (Do not copy and post the log, its unreadable)
            - Goto to the hs tools/log menu, Export the log of the transactions, download it and attach it to your post

can you verify the default on-level for the switch that wont come on? it might be set to zero

see the Insteon tab from the hs devices page

I did, however, just realize that the other device connected to button C - and works from HS4 - has essentially the same programming as the device that does not respond.

Working device connected to button C:

Just saw your previous post. When I went to the area you indicate the Led brightness was set to 52 and the default on level was unset. I changed the Led level to 0-lowest and the default on level to 100% and saved. Button C from HS4 continues to only control the 1 device

please enable detailed logging on the plugin settings. then turn the c button On, and capture the log of what happens next

please dont click the c button off, its too confusing to read the log

i need see from the device control (of the c button) to a several seconds afterwards

                          thanks for posting

I will have test this functionality between a kpl button and an outlet

is this the newer two outlet (on/off) device, or the older single dimmer lamp outlet?

Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I believe it is the older style. Only one outlet is controlled. It's designed only for lamps as it's dimmable, and uses the little magnetic key. Looks like the official designation is: Dual-Band OutletLinc Dimmer (0121) with Firmware 44
