please use the following steps to post a log

To post an HS log if you have issues or get errors (Do not copy and post the log, its unreadable)
- Goto to the hs tools/log menu, Export the log of the transactions, download it and attach it to your post


do you get a login prompt from a browser when you enter http:/192.168.68.125:25105

try power cycling the hub

Had to update HS firmware in controller per Tyler. installed Plug-in. Plug-in cannot contact the Insteon hub. Log attached.

Smarthome is 192.168.68.125 today.

Please help.

make sure you have this users permissions on the hs setup/users page.

or try reentering the pswd on the homeseer Setup page, then try the mobile app login again.

if that doesn't work, please open a ticket with hs support.

Worked perfect. Thank you. Only problem I'm having now is when I add a user, then try to log into the Homeseer Mobile app with that new user login info. I get an error message "please check username and password" but I put in the correct info.

I am new to all of this. I attempted to set up my Hometroller Plus Smart Hub with the MNS Insteon Plugin a couple of weeks ago but due to factory resetting my Insteon Hub i couldn't finish. Now that I found out that factory resetting my Insteon Hub isn't a problem anymore, I went back into my smarthub and tried setting it up again, reinstalling the plug in. I now get that error you see above. I deleted the plug in and I'm still seeing this error message regarding disabling the plugin first. I don't know where to go from here.

Please restart the HS4/HT+ and then try the plugin install again. see the HT+ docs for the restart procedure.

disable the plugin from the plugins/manage page, restart hs4 again. then update the plugin to 4.0.3.0 to help avoid old issues

I check the logs -- it requires 4.2 something - I just built my Pi system today so I needed to update the version the HS4
