Setting up Insteon Smoke Bridge to HS4 via MNS Insteon Bridge

Is there a step by step set of instructions available to configure the Insteon Smoke Bridge to relay events through to the HS4, similar to the old interface to the Insteon Hub? I've got the Smoke Bridge device configured (hopefully), but setting up the events, HS4 email, and other possible elements is "guess and by golly" without some guidance. For that matter is there a detailed user document for the MNS Insteon Bridge, maybe a downloadable .pdf?
