Setting up Insteon Smoke Bridge to HS4 via MNS Insteon Bridge

Is there a step by step set of instructions available to configure the Insteon Smoke Bridge to relay events through to the HS4, similar to the old interface to the Insteon Hub? I've got the Smoke Bridge device configured (hopefully), but setting up the events, HS4 email, and other possible elements is "guess and by golly" without some guidance. For that matter is there a detailed user document for the MNS Insteon Bridge, maybe a downloadable .pdf?

I’m also trying to set up a smoke bridge and it shows up in MYHS as a device but I can’t get any status information from the linked smoke/ CO detector. If I press the set button (to test) on the S Bridge the date and time is all that is reflected on the device in MYHS. In some older posts for HS3 setups the status for smoke, co, battery, error, all clear apparently can be displayed. I can’t figure out how to set up the bridge to get any feedback within the plugin, MYHS or through some event for notification through HS4. Any suggestions? Thanks.

FYI I have two links for the smoke bridge:
Sensor has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Sensor is controlled by HomeSeer using Hub Group #0 (i2CS Registration Link) - On Level : On

I'll have to pull out my beta smoke bridge and give it a try

No rush. Been trying to figure it out and can’t seem to make any progress. FYI since switching to your plug-in and the HS plus hub s couple months ago I managed to get my other devices (15-20) up an running as desired. I also realized to update the firmware on my current and spare Insteon hubs before the new company starts their subscription service at the end of July and I will no longer have access to their server without a subscription. Thanks for all your help both current and past!

FYI here is a portion of the log file after using the test button on the smoke detector. Not sure if it helps.

Hope this helps. The file was too large since it had several days of data so I found where the smoke bridge test started and extracted the data from the data through the end of the original text file.

Thanks! Wasn’t trying to create more work! Probably not many folks use a smoke bridge.

Just installed the beta version and reinstalled the smoke bridge and it now shows the status:graphics in the plug-in but I’m not seeing anything in HS4 other than the smoke bridge device. I’ll look at it some more later and test the alarm to see what happens. Thanks for your help and I’ll let you know what I find out.

the smoke bridge only reports status. enable detailed logging in the plugin, and check for insteon messages as you test

Look like it’s working now! Did a couple defector tests (around 2:07pm!) and watched the status updates change on HS4 browser. Attached is the error log (I think this is the same as the detailed logging you mentioned). Thanks again for your help.
