Backup - Solved!

I had issue with the back up the last few day. For some reason the back up not run at the local and cloud. Does anyone have same issue?

Have you logged in an verified that your cloud backup isn't running? This error was supposed to be fixed but hasn't been so far it appears as I still receive it but my cloud backups are working.
For local backups check your disk space to ensure that you are not running out of space. Lastly have you restart HS4 and tested the local backup again?

I did check the cloud backup. The last backup was few months ago since the cloud backup once a month. The local backup will not run as I configure but will be backup if I click on backup now backup. I had 500gb hard drive on that computer only run HS4. I just change to backup tonight. I post it back once I find out it or work.

If it fails I'd recommend putting in a support ticket on this issue.

It look like working now after I edit and save the backup schedule.

UGH So I had my h4 Insteon plug in almost all working but then I did the Beta upgradem and everything dissappeared I did do aLocal Back up, but cant find the back up where dopes it go. I am accessing my troller through my pc
