    Just tried msachs9393 recommendation and the devices are finally showing up. It's an odd fix but it works. Thanks!

      Glad to hear it!

      @acousticmood@yahoo, you mentioned the same problem, try and see if that "re-enter the password" solution that HS Support suggested works for you also. If it seems to be a consistent fix for enough people then it can continue to be suggested to others who write in the future that they're having this problem without needing to refer them to Support or the Mobile App forums.

          For HSMobile to see your devices your myHS user account must have identical credentials to your matching HS4 account. This account must also be an admin account with the use when local icon enable. This is the account you will use to login to HSMobile as well.

            Rupp yes, I followed those instructions but it did not work for me until I re-entered my password in HS4.

              Yes we see this a lot. The passwords didn't match and editing it ensures they match.
