For HSMobile to see your devices your myHS user account must have identical credentials to your matching HS4 account. This account must also be an admin account with the use when local icon enable. This is the account you will use to login to HSMobile as well.

Glad to hear it!
@acousticmood@yahoo, you mentioned the same problem, try and see if that "re-enter the password" solution that HS Support suggested works for you also. If it seems to be a consistent fix for enough people then it can continue to be suggested to others who write in the future that they're having this problem without needing to refer them to Support or the Mobile App forums.

Creating a different account will not work because it asks for MyHS login info. I don't see where it would give me the option to create a different account.

Had this problem, HS support suggested re-entering my password in my HS4 account. Not changing, just re-entering it. Don't know if this is the solution that will work for others but worked for me, had no devices in the HS mobile app before doing that, all my devices showed in the mobile app afterwards
This was their full reply:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
"I recommend going to Setup, clicking on the Users tab and re-entering your MyHS password for your XXXXXX@XXX.com account by clicking on the key icon. "

The username and password must match that of your myHS account. Then use your myHS account to login to HSMobile." Unfortunately, it still isn't working for me.
