Power On Color Keeps Reverting to RED

I’m having a Hue/Alexa/HS problem. I have a lamp with a Hue bulb in it. For some reason the bulb keeps reverting to red at power on. I’ve deleted all devices in HS, turning off the Hue plugin. I have the Hue app and the startup color is the color I actually want, not the red it’s defaulting to. I’ve checked all settings in the Hue app. The color settings in HomeSeer seem to be a little sketchy, I’m not sure. I try and change them and they seem to revert. I’ve also deleted all devices and scenes in Alexa and rediscovered them after carefully checking all settings. Also, I’ve only added Hue devices (light bulbs) into Alexa, ensuring the same devices in HS are not ‘voice command enabled’ I can’t figure out why it’s always coming on red!

Problem solved. I have an IFTTT event that looks for motion on an Arlo camera, whe it sees motion it turns a Hue bulb RED, blinks it, then turns it off again. For some reason this event was turning my Hue RED in other events.
