Please Help with Neo Electronics Switch

Replaced the switch to try out something different. Now the switch won't exclude from the zwave controller. I've tried several times and it's still there. Not only that, but one time it added it again as a different device. Now there are two devices and I can't remove either of them
I get a short message saying:
the controller found a node to be removed...
DONE

But it doesn't list the node that was removed and nothing was actually removed.
Can someone help>

I have a few of those - do a factory reset which is something like holding the button down for 20 seconds until it flashes red maybe. Unplug and plug it back and it it'll realize it was reset and remove at least one of the devices. So factory reset the neo switch, unplug it, plug it back in, and watch your log and you should see something removed. If you still have a zombie device after that you can just delete it.
