Receiving a startup error about duplicate plug ins. How can I resolve this?

I recently started with Z-Wave, and had some troubles getting my first device (Zooz Zen 17 Universal Relay) recognized/configured. I reached out to HS phone support and they were able to get the device into the system and recognized.

In doing so, they had me remove v4.0.0 of the ZWave plug in and install v3.0.11.0 (Beta). I am now receiving the following error on HS4 Startup:

6/20/2022 7:57:14 PM HomeSeer~!~Error~!~Could not add Z-Wave to the plug-in list. Is this a duplicate? Check for two plug-ins with the same plug-in name.Startup Complete, 1 errors detected, check the log for more information.

The Startup log shows the following lines:
    6/20/2022 7:57:08 PM HomeSeer~!~Startup~!~Checking for available plug-ins
    6/20/2022 7:57:08 PM HomeSeer~!~Plug-In~!~Found plug-in: MNS Insteon, version: 4.0.4.0
    6/20/2022 7:57:12 PM HomeSeer~!~Plug-In~!~Found plug-in: Z-Wave, version: 3.0.11.0
    6/20/2022 7:57:14 PM HomeSeer~!~Plug-In~!~Found plug-in: Z-Wave, version: 4.0.0.0
6/20/2022 7:57:14 PM HomeSeer~!~Error~!~Could not add Z-Wave to the plug-in list. Is this a duplicate? Check for two plug-ins with the same plug-in name.

It looks like perhaps uninstalling 4.0.0.0 didn't fully happen.

My Plugins->Manage Screen only shows the MNS Insteon v4.0.4.0 and the Z-Wave 3.0.11.0 Beta.

Any ideas on how to fix this error?

Talked with HS phone support. This error is due to downgrading to Z-Wave v3.x after having v4.0.0 installed. They instructed me that I could safely ignore the error; the only way to remove it is to re-upgrade back to v4.x.
